WHAT SHOULD [i]DO?
Q: One of our key suppliers offered my wife and I tickets to a professional sporting event to thank me for our long business relationship. He has plans for that evening so he will not be attending the game. May I accept these?
A: The answer is no. First, since the supplier will not be in attendance, there is no business purpose for the event. Second, your spouse is being included in the gift, which is not allowed.

The BBNC Code of ethics
When we think about how we achieve our mission, it all depends on building trust with people and organizations around the globe. Our goals are only possible when people trust BBNC and our subsidiaries. How do we earn and build that trust? It starts by applying our culture and values to build lasting relationships inside and outside of BBNC.
Good Ethics is Good Business
Our reputation for being an ethical company creates long-term value. Customers come back to us. The best and brightest employees come to work for us. Communities welcome us. Investors place their faith in us. All because we have a reputation for honesty, integrity, and fairness.
