WHAT SHOULD [i] DO?
Q: One of my co-workers isn’t very careful about securing the personal information on her desk. She says nobody could ever figure it out anyway. Some of it is customer information, including billing details. What should I do?
A: If your co-worker isn’t following company procedures in recording and securing this information, you should speak to your supervisor about the situation. Actions like your co-worker’s could compromise our financial information and leave us open to fraud.
If you have questions related to compliance matters, please contact the BBNC Compliance Department. We’re here to help!
