WHAT SHOULD [i] DO?
Q: At BBNC, how do you deal with differences in personal history, experience, and work styles?
A: BBNC respects these differences. Employees should withhold judgment and try not to jump to conclusions that stereotype individuals. Ask questions, discuss alternatives, and try to understand the other person’s point of view. Finally, be willing to change and adapt the approach so that everyone can contribute.
If you have questions related to compliance matters, please contact the BBNC Compliance Department. We’re here to help!
Compliance Training
Compliance training is essential for all employees and is taken seriously by BBNC. When you complete your FY 21 Compliance Training, your name will be entered into a random drawing to win a prize. If you complete your training in week 1, your name will be re-entered into the random drawing for each subsequent weeks. This means that that earlier you get your training done, the better your chances are to win!
The FY 21 Compliance Training is comprised of four courses:
- Code of Ethics;
- Protecting Our Culture of Respect;
- Cybersecurity Lite; and
- Skills for Supervisors (recommended (but not required) for supervisors)
2020 Leadership Meeting
Recently, BBNC and subsidiary leadership came together virtually to share information about the companies, discuss efforts to mitigate COVID-19, talk about diversity in our organization, and celebrate all the extra effort put in to make sure our companies continued to operate safely. See the recorded meeting and the presentation given to learn more.
